When Ex Calls - Hold It, Are You Ready?

Your objective was to get your ex back so you knew that you had stop all communication with your ex to stand a chance at achieving this. You might have decided that you would do this for about 21 days. 

So you start and you are doing well but you get to day 15 and out of the blue your ex calls to see what you are up to? How do you handle this?

If your ex were to tell you right now that he is no longer in love with you, how would you feel?

If you invited your ex out to lunch and he said no, how would you feel?

If during this conversation your ex were to tell you that he was seeing someone else would you be OK with that?

If you found out that your ex was moving to another state or country, how would you feel?

If when you asked these questions you feel sad or panicked in any way, forget about taking the call or returning the call until you are sufficiently detached from the outcome of the situation.
